   On portwatson or Clinton one of the main drags in the heart of the city at the rail road tracks cortland should build a viaduct over the tracks on one side either portwatson or clinton u figure the train holds up traffic and goes forward and back if there was an emergency on the other side of the tracks and traffic is congested one both sides how would the emergency veiachle get through if u build a viaduct over one side of the tracks it would help with the congestion and it could save a life

   We need to get cortland back to its hay day let's offer stores and businesses a tax break we need more stores to come to cortland like a target and five below we need more restaurants like red lobster and teaxas steakhouse we also need some more mom and pops stores on main street I remember back when I was kid the main street side walk sales now main street is just pizza shops and bars and sub places we need to get cortland back on the map because as it stands now we r what they call a ghetto we have all these empty buildings let's make something happen to bring cortland back to its hay day when we were proud to walk the streets

   And to help the city bring more revenue to cortland the city should buy these abandon factories restore them and make them into affordable housing the city could collect rent which in return would help with city projects to help cortland come back and would help bring ppl back to cortland and that would bring more companies to cortland and it would also help to fix all the roads in cortland and another thing the landlords around cortland or homeowners should be given a tax break if they fix there places up and make them look precentable another word there taxes wouldn't go up for at least 2 years that would help them get the money they spent to make there properties precentable.
