Cortland County Administrator, Rob Corpora, has prepared and filed with the Cortland County Legislature a Tentative Budget for 2022. You can view the proposed Budget here.

New York State County law §359 requires that a Public Hearing be held before the adoption of the final budget. A Public Hearing has been scheduled for October 26, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the Legislative Chambers of the Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, Room 308.

The Legislature will accept comments ahead of time by email and postal mail up until the close of business, 4 p.m., on October 25, 2021. We understand that not everyone has access to view the videoconference meeting but be assured that we will make sure that your comments are heard even if you are unable to attend.
