Solid Waste Management Plan Modification
The Cortland County Highway Department will be holding a public information
meeting regarding the draft
Solid Waste Management Plan Modification on November
19, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. (or immediately after Legislative session) at the Cortland
County Office Building, 60 Central Ave. Cortland, NY 13045, Room #304.
Public comment on the plan will be accepted via the Cortland County web site
(fill in form below) or by mail to the:

Cortland, NY 13045
Each comment must include the person’s name address and comment. Comments on
the Solid Waste Management Plan will be accepted until November 27, 2009.
Hard copies of the plan will be available at the office of the Clerk of the
Cortland County Legislature, Cortland County Recycling Center and the Cortland
County Landfill.
The Solid Waste Management Plan is scheduled to be approved by the Cortland
County Legislature on December 17, 2009.
