Webster Tragedy: During the early morning hours on December 24, 2012, firefighters responded to a fire in the Town of Webster, NY (suburb of Rochester). When they arrived they were fired upon by 62-year-old male subject who was believed to have deliberately set the fire. During the incident, two of the firefighters were killed.

This training presented by Webster Police Department (Ret.) Chief Gerald Pickering and Lt. Dennis Kohlmeier. The intent of the training is to provide insight involving the incident in an effort to make first responders aware of active shooter events. This training is open to all first responders (police, fire and EMS).
