Immunization Costs & Schedules

Cost

Children

Vaccines are provided for children up to age 19 years through the Vaccines for Children Program (VFC). An administration will fee charged. A sliding fee scale is available upon request.

Those children who are eligible to receive VFC vaccine include:
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native
  • Child Health Plus Enrolled
  • Medicaid Enrolled
  • Under Insured (Children Who Have Health Insurance That Does Not Include Vaccines)
  • Uninsured
Children who do not meet the VFC eligibility criteria will be referred to their primary care provider.

Most of the doctors in Cortland County are enrolled in the Vaccines for Children Program. For more information about that program and how it helps get children vaccinated at a reasonable cost, visit the Vaccines for Children Program page on the CDC website.

Adults

There is a fee charged for most adult vaccines. The charge is for the cost of the vaccine and an administration fee. A sliding fee scale is available upon request for the administration fee. Call the Immunization Program at 607-753-5028 for more information.
